Consultative selling | Generate and convert leads for auto, home, life and small-business lines; uncover needs and recommend coverage that truly protects clients.
Relationship building | Make 60–80 outbound calls / follow-ups daily; host in-office or virtual appointments; nurture referral and community networks.
Pipeline ownership | Track conversations in CRM, set next steps, and move prospects from quote to close with urgency and empathy.
Client on-boarding | Deliver seamless, policy-accurate hand-offs to service team and celebrate new customers with a “wow” experience.
Community presence | Represent the agency at local events, charity drives, and networking groups—living the “good neighbor” promise.
- First-year earnings: $50 K–$80 K (base + commission + bonuses)
- Key metrics: weekly quotes issued, policies closed, premium written, retention rate

- Active Nevada P&C license—or ability to obtain quickly
- Bilingual Spanish/English welcomed (over one-third of Clark County is Hispanic)
- Tech-savvy (CRM, quote systems, video chat) and comfortable with social selling
