ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary: As an Account Manager on a State Farm agent's team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships. You will actively seek new business opportunities while managing existing accounts, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs. Your role will be pivotal in achieving sales targets and expanding the agency's market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance and financial service requirements.
- Present and explain State Farm products and services, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the agent to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about State Farm products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to assess their coverage and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must obtain a state insurance license within a specified timeframe (if not already licensed).
